‘What do we do now?’ – well, we make games, that’s what.
Global Game Jam 2015 had quite an unusual theme; “What do we do now?”. If you interpret it genericly, it describes any and all games. But if you try to really convey confusion and uncertainty to the player I think it’s a very interesting theme to work with.
I decided to create a game about the hassle of post-mortem experiences, with which the player is (I hope) unfamiliar with. Counting on that and without offering any guidance, or messages except a brief introduction of how they ended up wherever they are right now.
